SAAD MIGDAD SAAD is the Managing Partner of the firm. In addition to a Law Degree, he holds a post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and has pursued Masters Degree in International Conflict Management.

Mr. Saad is also in charge of Conveyancing and General Commercial Practice and boasts a wide range of experience in Conveyancing Practice and Commercial Matters, Land Law, Security Documentation such as Chattels transfers, Mortgages & Charges, Debentures e.t.c. He has considerable experience in advising and representing clients on commercial disputes, employment and retirement benefits disputes, environmental and conservation law, intellectual property disputes, land disputes, insolvency and security realization, company law and private international law.

A qualified Kenyan advocate, Saad’s clients consist primarily of corporate bodies and organizations from diverse sectors locally and internationally including manufacturing, agriculture, finance, health, advertising, environmental conservation, donor agencies, Non Governmental Organizations and religious organizations.

He has a vast experience in conveyancing and commercial matters having acted for corporate clients such as First Community Bank, Chase Bank and Kenya Power and Lighting Company.

Saad has acted for companies involved in commercial and residential developments during the sale of the properties and has engaged in negotiating the contracts between the companies and the contractors for various works in the developments.

Additionaly Saad has acted for clients in the preparation and finalization of miscellaneous applications to Government bodies for extension of Land Leases, change of user, licenses and approvals.

He also has a wide experience in all forms of private and public commercial matters including joint venture, mergers and acquisitions.

DAWID ABDULRAHMAN a Partner in charge of commercial law practice brings on board unrivaled wealth of experience in a wide range of legal services and solutions including banking, insurance, land disputes, admiralty (maritime disputes), commercial transactions, international trade, construction and environmental law, judicial review, public international law claims, employment, debt collection, criminal law, arbitration and mediation.

A qualified Kenyan Advocate, Dawid also served as a Resident Magistrate for the Kenya Judiciary for about 4 years and gained invaluable experience in administration of justice.

Dawid’s clientele include Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kenya who consulted him in reviewing existing legislations on Environment, Land Use and Natural Resource Provisions in light of the new Constitution of Kenya. He is instrumental in reviewing the Environmental Management and Coordination Act (EMCA) and the drafting of a new Mining legislation as well as legislation on a Land and Environment Court.
